工作内容：
根据已有教材和学生水平制定课程计划，以游戏活动等轻松愉快的教学方式授课，带动学生积极性，寓教于乐。

上课地点：
东湾Castro Valley地区

上课时间：
周一至周五，每天一次45分钟课程，每周四次，通常为下午。课程安排于2019年八月至2020年五月之间，预计30周左右，具体日期可以协商。

学生情况：
20-30人课堂，小学3-5年级学生，初学者水平，无中文学习背景。

招聘要求：
1. 了解美国教育系统，普通话标准，有教育学相关学历或中文教学经验。有大班教学管理经验者优先。
2. 个性活泼，有亲和力，教学方法有创意，善于调动学生的学习兴趣，管理课堂能力强。
3. 认真负责，按要求准备教学材料丶完成教学内容。不随意缺勤丶中途退出教学计划。
4. 熟悉中美文化，善于和家长沟通, 英文流利。
5. 需打指纹，通过TB test检查，能合法报税。

薪资待遇：
薪酬按上课次数结算，根据老师工作经验与教学效果每节课薪资$45-75之间。老师需根据已有教材丶教具及辅助材料自行备课丶批改作业等，往返上课地点。需参加学区提供的上岗培训，公司会另安排培训指导，协助准备教学材料，提供后勤支持。

United Education (http://www.unitededu.org/) has been dedicated to developing Chinese language classes, Sino-US communications in the Bay Area and beyond. We are currently looking for a part-time Mandarin teacher for the coming 2019-2020 school year. Top-performing candidates will be considered for full-time positions.
Job Description:
Offer Mandarin language classes and inspire students' learning with games and activities based on provided material and their levels.
Class Location:
Castro Valley area

Class Time:
One 45-min class on each day on four days each week, usually on weekday afternoons. Classes will be scheduled throughout the school year in about 30 weeks, from 2019 Aug to 2020 May. Exact dates would be determined collaboratively
Class Description:
About 20-30 third to fifth-grade students, beginning level on Chinese Mandarin.

Requirements:
1. Familiar with the educational system in the US. Fluent Chinese and English oral speaking skills. Education-related academic background or working experience required. Experience with a large class of young age students is preferred;
2. Easy-going and patient with children, creative in teaching, good at motivating students and managing class;
3. Responsible and reliable, would prepare and complete lessons as required. No unreasonable absence;
4. Familiar with Chinese and US culture, outstanding communication and team working skills;
5. Fingerprint, TB test, and work authorization required.

Pay & Benefits:
Based on teachers' background, experience, and class management, salary ranges between $45-75 for each scheduled class. The teacher will need to attend training from the school district, prepare lessons and activities based on provided material, grade homework, commute to class location, etc. United Education will provide instructions, assist in material preparation and support logistically.
