The room is available now, just bring your luggage in.

Room Details:
- The room is on the 2nd floor.
- One desk, bookshelf, chair, desk lamp and floor lamp.
- Queen size bed with down comforter.
-Share bathroom with another roommate (a very nice young gentleman )
- Big Closet

You have two roommates now:
1. One college student in the San Mateo.

2. Owner of house staying in the master-bedroom


In addition to the room, the rent also comes with access to common areas: living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, front, and backyards.

Flexible Lease Term:
- We require 1st month rent $1500.00 and security deposit to move in.
- Min 9 months.
- No overnight guests.
