JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee the daily operation of school
-Develop and direct all aspects of program and identify programmatic goals
-Implement and develop programming to achieve desired outcomes
-Create and implement strategic plan for student recruitment, enrollment and retention  
- Supervise all program staff; determine schedules for full-time and part-time staff
- Advising and providing support for teachers and other workers
- Maintain a wide variety of documents, files and records
- Provide appropriate and timely feedback on teachers’ work
-Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other pertinent events
- Perform other duties as assigned by school principal
- 15 hours of health and safety training, which must include all of the following components:
1) Pediatric first aid 2) Pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
3) A preventive health practices course or courses that include instruction in the recognition, management, and prevention of infectious diseases, including immunizations, and prevention of childhood injuries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor or Master’s degree in Education or related field required  
- Mandarin Chinese-English Bilingual  
-Minimum 1 year of experience in afterschool or heritage school programming
- Experience in supervising part-time and full-time staff  
- Experience in marketing and advertising  
- Experience in Chinese language training and program planning  
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively  
- Excellent interpersonal,organizational, verbal and written communication skills  
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.  
- Knowledge of MS Office
