We are a Logistics Company of 30+ years specializing in Freight Forwarding and US Customs clearance. There is an Account Executive position in a growing company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and e-mail arrival notices
- Review documents
- Data entry
- Confirm release and availability of shipments with Terminals, Warehouses, Steamship Lines and Overseas agents.
- Dispatch shipments for delivery
- Confirm delivery
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- TIMELY correspondence with importers and vendors
- Proactively help co-workers
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized -> must be able to avoid mistakes
- Find ways to increase productivity without sacrificing quality
- Take on additional responsibility when asked
- Manage competing demands/priorities
- Integrity
- Punctual and dependable
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in e-mail, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and other productivity software
- Quick learner
- Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese languages a plus
- BS Degree preferred
This is a FULL-TIME salary based position.
