Speakers

Jing Zhang is the CEO and Founder of Jiheup, a company founded in 2012 and received millions of strategic investments from reputable venture FoF. The company Jiheup is dedicated in HR SaaS and HR service for Chinese venture institution and venture backed startups. Jiheup has established long term partnership with most Chinese venture institutions and their portfolio startups, providing reliable and direct talent pipeline among entrepreneurs, venture capitalist and startups. The company has served more than 100 venture capital firms and startups including China Growth Capital, Qiming Ventures, China Renaissance etc. and their portfolio companies.

Jennifer Jin brings over 20 years of HR experience in MNCs, including Motorola, Intel, Novartis, Standard Chartered Bank, and also in a boutique consulting company, practices Human Resources both in China and the US. Jennifer is a HR practitioner, certified trainer, experienced coach and energized facilitator. She won several awards including CCH China Staff HR Director of the Year (2010), the 15 outstanding HR leaders in 15 years Award by CCH China Staff (2012).
