Billingual Customer Service Associate

Viagogo is looking for a full time, bi-lingual Mandarin & Cantonese or Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide first class service to our customers in the growing Chinese market and beyond. We're looking for someone who can grow with our business and take on a larger role over time.
We’re not a large call center – we’re a smaller, agile team that supports each other while working towards the common goal of bringing top notch support for our customers. Those interested should be looking for a chance to take ownership in their work and an opportunity for growth while we continue to expand.
The schedule will be Sunday-Thursday 3pm-midnight.
The Person:
• Must be fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese or Japanese
• Friendly & can communicate with customers professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to learn new software and applications quickly
• Reliable and takes pride your work
• A sense of humor and a positive, "make-it-work" attitude
• Strong sense of integrity
• Located in or around the San Francisco Bay Area -- note that we will not relocate candidates
• Must be eligible to work in the US
Essential Experience / Skills:
• Some professional experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable with standard office software (Outlook, Excel) and be a quick study on new software tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Compensation:
• Salary depends on experience
